SVI Invites you to Food Matters 2019

Now in its eighth year, SVI's Food Matters series continues to delve into topics of interest regarding the relationship between food and health.
 
We are thrilled to announce that our guest speaker this year is internationally renowned dietitian and author, Professor Catherine Itsiopoulos, who will explore the health benefits of the “Anti-Inflammatory” Mediterranean Diet, and its potential for the prevention and management of chronic diseases. 

Joining Professor Itsiopoulos will be our expert SVI scientists, bringing you the latest in their cutting edge research, as it relates to health and wellbeing. And we welcome back SVI Foundation Chair and dietitian, Karen Inge, as MC.

We hope you will join us for an evening that highlights why food really does matter.
